ยง How does one build a fusion bomb?

I haven't found anything on the internet that describes how to build a fusion bomb; it's almost as if this information has been supressed by governments. However, I'm curious --- would a physics grad student studying nuclear physics or explosives have the theoretical know-how to precisely build one, given the raw materials? Or is there some "secret sauce" that's necessary? I read on wikipedia that most countries classify the details:
Detailed knowledge of fission and fusion weapons is classified to some degree in virtually every industrialized nation. In the United States, such knowledge can by default be classified as "Restricted Data", even if it is created by persons who are not government employees or associated with weapons programs, in a legal doctrine known as "born secret".
